Marketing is done to create relationships and trust. In today definition, marketing is a mutually beneficial communication between a service provider and the customer. In the course of communication things like greetings, wishes, new arrivals, new prices, new features, promotions, supply channels, new branches etc will be friendly communicated.  The communication must be customized and segmented to avoid unwanted communications.
