7 Key points on how to keep track of bogus regular and priority leads

Some leads are very very bogus, they just come to you to dig and still some secret of your success. If you do not realize this you can end up loosing some key clients. Likewise some leads are expected very important customers if you recognize them and attract them to buy your product or services.

How to recognize them?

follow the 7 Key points below

  1. Whenever a client call, instruct him/her to communicate using email ( I recommend gmail account since it keep track of all conversations in subject-wise and you can search by keyword, email, website etc in the future).
  2. Instruct how the email title should be written in short words to represent the key need/problem/question of concern
  3. Ask his/her phone number, full name, company/organization legal name, country, city, street etc be included in the email
  4. If you have contact form in the website ask him/her to fill out and submit (Make sure the form can collect all key info)
  5. If he/she write and email with some anomalies like bad title, lack of key information, reply back with proper edited title to ask those improvement in the message body
  6. If he/she communicated with you using only phone, immediately write back to him/her using the proper email tittle and by recalling all key points you shared in the phone, mention his/her full name, phone number and or thank him/her and or ask him/her to officiate by email and or accept or reject the proposal through the email and not in the phone (why so that you can clearly understand the status of your last decisions or her/his decisions if the same communication will have to proceed in the future)
  7. For any future communication, always refer the previous conversation by searching using those keywords of communications
